Helping Families Make Healthy Choices
We are committed to helping families like yours lead healthier lives through expert nutrition advice, education, and resources. Whether you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or caring for a child, WIC is here to support you on your journey to better health and wellness.
What is our WIC Nutrition Education Plan?
WIC provides personalized nutrition education tailored to the needs of moms, infants, and young children. We recognize that obesity is a growing and real threat to the health of our WIC families and, as a health promotion organization, we are committed to reducing or eliminating this threat by fostering the healthy lifestyle habits of nutritious foods and daily activity through education. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills to make healthy food choices, plan balanced meals, and develop habits that promote lifelong well-being.
